Located in Hale and established in 1999 by Duncan Dickinson an experienced and extremely creative Chef having worked Worldwide.

Herb & Spice has seen rapid growth over the past 7 years. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise Duncan has worked extremely hard to keep Herb & Spice Outside at the cutting edge of culinary expertise.

We specialise in contemporary catering for:
Private Functions, Weddings, Christenings, Family Gatherings, Weddings, and Corporate Events

We work on the principle of tailoring an event to exactly what our client needs, wherever and whenever they want it. No event is too small, too large, or to difficult for us to cater for. Herb & Spice Outside is an affordable bespoke catering company, specialising in providing quality individual menus and excellent service, whatever the occasion.

We have menus, which is merely an outline of what we can offer our clients. These menus can be adapted to all tastes, dietary requirements and, most importantly, to your budget, we believe that all our menus to be unique, fresh & imaginative we cater for Business Lunches, Family occasions (Buffets & Dinner Parties) Weddings, Christenings, Marquee Events, Corporate Hospitality or whatever the occasion.
