Thank you for providing such wonderful food for our Dress for Success event last night. I have had so many compliments from guests on the food, and also your staff. It really does make a difference to an event like this when it all runs so smoothly and such high quality of food and service. The sandwiches backstage for the models were also really well received!

We will be issuing various news items on our website, social media channels to announce the total raised – I'd very much like to acknowledge Herb & Spice, and if you are happy to send us your logo I can add this to our website also.

I do hope we will be able to use Herb & Spice again at an event in the future, and I will certainly be recommending to friends, family and work contacts!

I am writing following our farewell Party for the EURAPS 2010 Conference at the Concorde Conference Centre on Saturday 29th May 2010.

What can I say?  The food and servcie were absoutley exceptional!!  The themes fo regional food from Scotland, Ireland, England and Wales received an enormous number of compliments from our European participants.  The selection of dishes and the quality of the cuisine were of the very highest standard.  Even in this large venue the food served at a perfect tempreture.  All of your waitresses were pleasant and happy and our participants were absolutley delighted with the evening.  Every single detail of the catering was perfect.  I shall certainly recommend Herb and Spice most strongly to any other conference organisations.

Hale Lawn Winter Party-21st Novemeber 2009 held at Cinnammon Club, Bowdon.

On behalf of everyone who attended the above event on Saturday, I would like to say how grateful we are for your contribution towards a fantastic evening.

Barabara and I have had nothng but positive feedback about the event and it is clear that everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.  The timimgs ran like clockwork( apart from our speaker who was clearly out for his '15 minutes of fame'!) and the food and the service was excellent.  Jeny, the Catering Manageress, was keen to hear how we felt her team had performed; they did not disappoint.

I'm sure it must have been frustrating with all the chopping and changing of numbers and dietary requirements but I felt communication was first class and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Also, thank you for the 'personal touches' you suggested (and organised) on the night; the lighting and the table decorations all added to the ambience and 'wow factor' and it was a real bonus not having to move the two tables to make room for dancing.

It may be some time before I get involved with organising another event on this scale but I would not hesitate to return to, or recommend, the Cinnamon Rooms after Saturday's success.

My name is Mary King and although I didn't meet any of you who cooked directly on the night I would like to thank you all at Herb and Spice for providing the lovely food for my 50th on Friday 23rd January at Bowdon Rugby Club.

Everyone commented on how tasty the Thai Chicken Curry was and the Chilli was delicous along with savoury rice.  Thank you for adding the creamed potatoes at the last minute which went down a treat with the creamed potatoes at the last minute which went down a treat with the Vegetable Strogonoff.  The food was piping hot and the display was lovely.

I dealt with a lady called Karon who recommend  you throuh my sister at school and she was extremely helpful in dealing with my enquiry and oraganising everything.

Thank you all very much, I shall certainly use your services again.
